If you are selected and agree to participate in the Band Challenge, you may not play in any other Battle of the Bands-type contests while you are participating in this one. You ARE allowed to play other regular shows while in this contest. However, we encourage you to be very selective. Bands who do well in the Band Challenges tend to be those who commit to it until it's over, while bands who play every week somewhere cannot typically get enough of their fans to come to just one show to sustain in the competition.

This might be a Battle of the Bands, but these are real, legit shows at a real, legit venue. If you plan to commit to a date and then no-show, we WILL notice, and you will not be welcome back for future shows. If you're not going to take it seriously, then please let us give the spot to a band who will.

Terms & Conditions

-By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that all members of my band agree to and will adhere to the rules of the Greater Cincinnati Band Challenge posted at CincinnatiBandChallenge.com.
-Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on their winnings, and winners of over $600 will receive a 1099 form.
-Bands who cannot play on their assigned night will forfeit if reschedule is not possible. Reasonable advance requests for certain nights will be accommodated as much as possible, but are not guaranteed.
-We agree to respect the venue! The Blue Note is an awesome place that allows us to have great shows. Please help us keep this going strong by using common sense. Be respectful of the building (i.e. don't sticker the walls, don't bring drugs in the venue, don't abuse microphones, etc), and be respectful of the other acts performing. The Band Challenge reserves the right to disqualify any band that we feel acts inappropriately.
